Official Launch of Transinovation Motors Zambia Ltd-Sinotruk Spare Parts Center
Cooperation between China and Zambia takes another move to celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China
Local time in Lusaka, 27th September, Transinovation Motors Zambia Ltd-Sinotruk spare parts center was launched officially in the Lusaka East MFEZ of Zambia-China Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone. The launch ceremony has around 200 attendants from over 40 Chinese and Zambian enterprises including Sinotruk. This spare part center plays a leading role among all distributors of heavy trucks and will maintain sufficient supply of Sinotruk spare parts.
Lusaka East MFEZ is established in the northeast of Zambia's capital Lusaka and is adjacent to Lusaka International Airport. Covering an area of 5.7 square kilometers, Lusaka East MFEZ locates in the southern Africa sub-region. Among all seventeen enterprises settled in Lusaka East MFEZ of Zambia-China Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone, Transinovation Motors becomes a member of this zone in December, 2017 and ranks the top of the sales among all Sinotruk distributors in Zambia within two years.
Liao Zibin, general manager of Zambia-China Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone said that Zambia has been promoting the policy of free trade actively and participating in the regional economic integration positively. Transinovation Motors have taken advantage of this beneficial outer economic environment and its own advanced management philosophy to achieve development and improvement within two years.
Mr. Danny Kafuli, the representative of the Minister Mutotwe Kafwaya from The Ministry of Transport and Communications stated that the launch of Transinovation Motors Zambia Ltd-Sinotruk Spare Parts Center is another milestone in the Zambia transportation and communication industry, a success of the cooperation between TIM Group and Sinotruk and a sign that"the era of Chinese vehicle spare parts"has come.
